Shipping
We have a fixed shipping cost of $12.50* and free shipping for orders over $150, excluding tax -USA only (some exclusions apply).
We have suspended the shipping of tires until further notice due to the substantial increase in shipping costs. Tires can be shipped directly from our supplier when a minimum of 3 tires is ordered.
We ship using USPS priority mail (some exclusions apply). Note that there are restrictions on some products.
Please note that shipping to Canada is $25 for orders under $150 and $12.50 for orders exceeding $150.
Shipping cost on bikes varies depending on the bike. This shipping cost does not include delivery to your home address or any tax or duty due. Bikes cannot be dropped shipped to your home address and must be picked up in person. You can arrange to come and pick the bike up or we will arrange to meet with you at a local event.
Trial Store USA is not liable for any tax or duty that you may have to pay on your purchase.
Gift wrapping is not available.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note that Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How to return an item
Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
